Yes it does, but it does say not to eat animals that have hooves unless they have a cloven hoof, and not to eat fish with no scales.

Well, not all animals can be eaten you know. Just some of the animals can be eaten like birds, cows, pigs, chicken, sheep etc.
But in the time of Jesus, they only eat vegetables and fruits, fish and bread. Meat that time is strictly forbidden. But Philistines says that they eat meat, really. Consuming animals is strictly forbidden. But still some animals can be eaten too. See some animals can’t be eaten.
