Bible Study Fellowship International is one of the best Bible Studies I know of. They are non-denominational and meet weekly. They have a 4 step approach which is quite unique.

I believe they list locations and meeting times. No cost, but they take donations as you are able.
They are located in major cities around the world.

The local kingdom hall are free and we also offer free and we do not bash other religions our savior and we also offer free home bible study program on your schedule here are some in palmdale.
