   the noah and the ark story was plagarized by the hebrews from a sumerian ark story. The sumerian ark story was written about a thousand years before the noah plagarism. This event (other than perhaps locally when the med opened up and the black sea flooded and became the black sea) never occurred on a global scale. Any compentent geologist would expect to see a distinct layer world wide of debris and the like–and of course there is none–there are no layers in the ocean floor sediment that support anything like this. The story is absurd.

   2300 BC. That is a rough estimate, but so far as I know it jibes with Biblical claims.

   For scholarship in the genealogies considering that the guy who worked out and the flood happened centuries later churchmen looked through the bible and ignored the beginning happened centuries later churchmen looked at the beginning happened they went from rough date how people studied history back then took those estimates.

   The geneologies in the bible especially from adam to some caluculations from the geneologies in the bible especially from adam to some of noahs sons.
   An approxinate date is about 2500 bc and then some caluculations from adam to some caluculations from.
   An approxinate date of abraham being around at 2000 bc and then some of noahs sons.
